As women of color with different intersectionalities, social justice is not only a professional development topic, but a necessary consideration for the reality that we live in. The past several years, each of our team members have hosted one-off workshops, panels, and events on topics related to equity. We came together to educate our respective communities about their colorism and anti-Blackness; and allies about how to engage in sustainable allyship. We decided then that our work must continue beyond individuals and we created Community Organizing for Radical Empathy.

Let’s build something together.
