Introducing CORE

We are excited to announce CORE: Community Organizing for Radical Empathy - a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) consulting firm focused on creating a more fair and just society by creating accessible educational opportunities for all.

When we started organizing DEI work within our communities, we never envisioned becoming an actual firm. It was only through the support of our participants and stakeholders that we began to see the bigger picture and the potential impact in our localities.

At CORE, we truly believe in the power of community and grassroots organizing. Through a consistent, bottom-up, and communal approach we can implement sustainable change. We understand that we are not experts in every topic. We also know that our communities contain a wealth of knowledge; so all of the work we do will be in conjunction with community leaders and experts. Our work will also always strive to give back; so while we are educating allies, we will also be hosting healing circles and educational experiences for marginalized groups as well.

We have a strong team, ready to take on any and all challenges on this new journey.
